The documents you make: yours

The PDFs, PNG and SVG files that you create with the forms are yours to use for any purpose, including commercial use in your business, royalty-free and worldwide. You are responsible for what you write in them, for the photos you put in them and for having the right to use those photos, and for the signatures: only collect a signature from a person who agrees to give it.

You may not copy, resell, mirror or repackage the site itself, its code, its forms or its design as a competing service.

Records, not advice

The forms are tools for writing records. A work order, a service report or a checklist made here is not a certificate, an inspection report, a safety declaration or an invoice unless your own rules make it one, and a drawn signature image is not a qualified electronic signature. What the law, your trade body, a manufacturer or an insurer requires from your documents is for you to check. Nothing here is legal, tax or professional advice.

No warranty

We test the forms and the PDF output, but mistakes can happen: check totals, dates and names before you hand over or send a document. The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law of your own country that cannot be limited.

Licences and third-party code

The design, text and code of the site are © SKYSEED TECH LLC. Third-party code is listed with its licence on the credits page and that licence applies to it.

Changes and contact
