Privacy Policy

Last updated 2026-10-24

This policy describes what happens to information when you use signvisit.com. The short version: the forms, the photos and the signatures stay on your own device and are not uploaded; the PDF is made on your device; there are no accounts, no advertising and no visit-statistics tools.

Who is responsible

This website is operated by SKYSEED TECH LLC. For any privacy-related inquiries, please contact support@signvisit.com.

The forms, photos and signatures

What you type, the photos you add and the signatures you draw are used by code that runs in your browser tab. When you press Download PDF, the PDF is built in that tab and saved on your device. Your text, photos and signatures are not sent to us or to anyone else; we have no copy and no way to see them. The photos you add are shrunk with your browser’s canvas before they go into the PDF, and are not kept after you close the page.

What stays in your browser

The page uses your browser’s local storage on this device, and nothing else (no cookies), for these things:

a draft of the text fields of the form you are working on (not photos, not signatures), so that a reload does not lose them. “Start a new form” deletes it;
your business name and phone or email, only if you tick “Remember my business details”;
a counter per form type, so that the next document gets the next number;
the last settings of the work order generator (prefix, first number, count, paper size).

You can delete all of it in your browser’s site-data settings. It never leaves your device.

The contact form

The contact page has a form. If you send it, your name (optional), email address, message and the page you sent it from are passed by our web server (Cloudflare Workers) to Cloudflare Email Routing, which delivers them as an email to support@signvisit.com. Our servers keep no copy. To limit abuse, the server counts messages per IP address for 10 minutes; the counter holds no message content. We use the message only to answer you. Please do not send customer data or photos of real customers.

The app and team plan interest form

The app page has an optional form. If you submit it, we store your email address, the answer to “how many people would use it” (as one of four choices), the page you were on, the date and your country (from Cloudflare), in a Cloudflare key-value store. We use it to write to you once when an app or team plan opens, and to count interest. We do not sell it or share it. Write to support@signvisit.com to have it removed. The form never asks for any customer data.

Email

If you email us, we receive your address and your message and use them only to reply.

Server logs and hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare. The web server records standard technical data for each request (IP address, time, page requested, browser name) for security and to keep the site running. Cloudflare’s own privacy policy applies to that processing.

If you are in the EEA or the UK: we process an email you send us, the contact form and the app interest form on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering you and measuring interest (for the interest form, your consent when you submit it), and server logs on the basis of our legitimate interest in security. You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of personal data about you, to withdraw consent at any time, to data portability where it applies, and to complain to your data protection authority. Because the site has no accounts, we can usually only identify data you gave us by email or in a form.

US state privacy rights

Residents of California and some other US states may have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion and correction, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for advertising.

Children

The site is made for working technicians and is not directed at children under 13. It does not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

We will change this page if what the site does changes, for example when an app, a team plan or advertising is added, and update the date below the title.
