Our own code
The forms, the checklists, the page layouts and the PDF layout are written for this site. The pages make no requests to other servers.
Third-party code
Two open source libraries are shipped unmodified from this site, with their licence texts and SHA-256 checksums in the same folders (/vendor/jspdf/ and /vendor/signature_pad/). jsPDF is only loaded when the page is idle or you press Download PDF.
