Signvisit App and Team Plan (Planned)

The forms on this site are free and work in the phone browser. We are considering an app and a team plan for people who write work orders and service reports every day. They are not built yet and nothing can be bought. This page says what we have in mind and collects interest, so that we can decide whether to make them.
What is planned
- Your logo and your wording on the PDF, instead of the small Signvisit line in the footer.
- Saved customers, sites and equipment, so that the next visit starts with the address and the serial number already filled in.
- A team account: one set of templates for everyone, reports from all technicians in one list, and numbering that does not clash between phones.
- Work offline all day, with the reports uploaded when there is a signal again.
- From report to invoice: the parts and hours of a signed report carried into an invoice.
- More languages for the forms and the PDF, so that a mixed team can work in the language of each customer.
What stays free
The forms on this site, with photos, signatures and PDF, stay free. The PDF is made on your device and nothing is uploaded now; the planned team features would need accounts and a server, and we would say so on this page and in the privacy policy before they exist.
Tell us what you would use
Leave your email address and say how many people would use it. We write one email when the app or the team plan opens, and we count the answers to decide what to build first. We do not sell the address or send anything else.
